Where standard shipping is included

The displayed product price includes standard shipping to eligible destinations. Eligibility is checked from the destination country and postal code before payment. If a remote-area surcharge, special handling, or expedited delivery cost applies, we explain it and confirm the final total before the order is accepted.

Proof approval and production

Production begins only after the complete digital proof, garment colors, sizes, quantities, destination, order summary, and payment are confirmed. Requested proof corrections happen before production and can change the expected timing. We will confirm the expected production and delivery window for the final approved order.

Dispatch, tracking, and delivery

We share available tracking information after dispatch. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruption, an incomplete or incorrect address, and other events outside reasonable control. The purchaser is responsible for checking the recipient name, delivery address, contact number, and postal code before approval. An event date helps us assess timing, but it is not an unconditional delivery guarantee.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Before proof approval and production, we will confirm what is still possible. After the proof is approved and production begins, a personalized product normally cannot be changed or cancelled because it is being made for the confirmed customer details.

Personalized returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for products made to an approved personalization. This includes a preference change after approval where the finished item matches the approved proof and confirmed order details. Please review the garment, color, size, wording, artwork, scale, and placement carefully before approving the proof.

Damage, defects, or a proof mismatch

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof, contact Ownly Made with the order and delivery details plus clear photos. We review the reported problem and, when verified, provide an appropriate remake or refund. Keep the item and packaging while the review is in progress.
